Every act of kindness matters — and your time, energy, and talents can create a ripple of change in the lives of animals and people in our community. At Iridescence Cares, we welcome volunteers from all backgrounds to help us nurture, rescue, and rebuild hope.
There are many ways to get involved:

Animal Care & Fostering: Provide hands-on care, enrichment, and comfort to animals in need — or open your home as a foster to help them heal and prepare for adoption.

Intake & Behavior Support: Assist with new arrivals, behavioral observations, and gentle socialization to help each animal thrive.

Administrative & Office Support: Keep our operations running smoothly through record-keeping, scheduling, and communications.

Fundraising & Donor Outreach: Help us sustain our mission through events, campaigns, and community partnerships.

Marketing, Social Media & Photography: Capture stories of rescue and recovery, design creative campaigns, and share the heart behind Iridescence Cares.

Grant Writing & Research: Support our growth by identifying opportunities for funding and helping craft compelling proposals.

Facilities & Maintenance: Keep our spaces safe, clean, and welcoming for both people and animals.

Transport: Assist with vet appointments, supply pick-ups, or shelter transfers to ensure every animal receives timely care.
